Para-Clinical · Year 2

Department of Community Medicine

Understanding and addressing health at the population level — prevention, public health and primary care beyond the hospital walls.

Community Medicine looks beyond the individual patient to the population — teaching students to recognise, investigate and respond to health problems at the scale of a village, district or region, exactly the scale PESIMSR itself was built to serve.
